1. General

By accessing the RocksOil & Gas Ltd website and placing orders through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All product specifications, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may vary by pack size. Where a bulk order (25lts / 200lts) is placed, final pricing and delivery terms are confirmed by our team before dispatch.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on location, order volume and product availability. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery at the nominated address. Pickup at any RocksOil filling station is available during working hours.

4. Product Quality

All petroleum and lubricant products supplied meet applicable industry specifications. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

5. Liability

RocksOil & Gas Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products contrary to manufacturer recommendations or safety instructions.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
